Requirements
Minimum educational qualification:

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in the provision of administrative services in a hospital.

Competencies (knowledge/skills):

  • Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
  • Ability to execute duties accurately and thoroughly.
  • Good organisational and interpersonal communication skills.          
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Management, labour legislation and the nursing agency tender process.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):

  • Responsible for providing an effective nursing administrative service to the Nursing Department.
  • Effective support towards the functioning of the Nursing Department.
  • Effective use of resources and consumables.
  • Effectively maintained ethical standards and self-development.
