Job Summary

I will require the assistance of a receptionist/personal assistant in new medical practice starting 1 February/1 March 2018 in Durbanville.

Absolute requirements will include (among others): ·

  • Absolute professionalism
  • Neat
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • Good organizational skills
  • Computer literate
  • Non Smoker

Responsibilities and Duties

General office management of drs office including:

  • Welcome patients and handle general queries
  • Basic bookings and telephone management
  • Acceptance of card payments
  • Filing and general admin
  • Personal assistant - Phone calls, diary etc
  • Liason with medical aids and obtain authorization codes

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience welcome but not an absolute requirement
