Call/contact Centre Agent

We are recruiting for Call/ Contact Centre Agents

The role will involve:

• Handling a wide range of calls from members of the public, in a sensitive and tactful manner

• Asking questions to ensure that maximum information is gained from every call

• Forwarding information to relevant team leaders to be actioned

• Handling confidential information

• Processing information from website

Required Skills :

Grade 12

Previous 3 plus years experience of dealing with people on the telephonically

Articulate, confident telephone manner and a highly customer centric manner

Ability to process information whilst retaining confidentiality

PC literate with fast, accurate data capture skills/ ability
