Admin & Invoicing Assistant Urgently Needed

Half Day Position - Position available immediately.
Junior/intermediate candidates/moms.
Responsibilities Include:
- quoting, invoicing, loading payments
- general admin
- liaison with accountant
- following up on payments in
- liaison/assistance with service providers and organisation of day tours.
- report to manager.
Experienced in and sound skills in:
- Online banking.
- accounting software (Xero preferred)
- working with numbers.
Absolute must:
- highly organised
- able to work efficiently with numbers and logistics
- proficient in Microsoft office tools (outlook, excel)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- able to manage & coordinate tour bookings & service providers
- attention to detail necessary.
