Operations Specialist

Our Client is looking for Operations Specialist to assist in both the Colour Department as well as the Admin Department Adobe Suite used to manipulate and create graphics, Admin excel worksheets with trending analysis, Quality Control, Close interaction with clients

Responsibilities:



  • General administrative duties

  • Communicating with the client during the process, clarifying requirements and communicating

  • Taking accurate instructions and detailing all work done for each request

  • Ensuring that other members of the team are well informed of what is done

  • Multitasking and production / load management

  • Quality checking all work prior to commencement as well as at regular intervals during a print run

  • Meeting client deadlines as specified per job

  • Understanding and guiding clients with all aspects of their print requirements, from the types of paper to how a document can be finished.

  • Reporting of faults to the relevant supplier, regularly following up to ensure that the problem is addressed and advising management of all the issues

  • Accurately and timeously completing specific allocated tasks within the pre-set time period

  • Dealing with client queries


Minimum Requirements and Education



  • Matric

  • 2 years Adobe Suite working experience (certification) 

  • 2 years Excel Master user experience (certification)
