Senior Debtors/creditors Clerk (utilities) X 2

Senior Debtors/Creditors Clerk - Utilities x 2 are required for our client based in Pretoria.
Career opportunities within company.
R12 - 18K p.m.
+ performance bonus.

Requirements



  • Preferably a degree/diploma

  • 2 - 5 Years experience with billing/recoveries or Debtors/Creditors exposure


Key Performance



  • Ensure on a monthly basis that all tenants are provided with an accurate utility bill with substantiating documentation, that the clients expectations are understood and met on a continuous basis, that the owners/agents are provided with management packs, the recoveries of each building are maximised ,all irregularities are declared to the client's as well as providing assistance to the owner/agent in all management aspects of their utilities in the cluster under management.

  • Ensure that all buildings are read on a monthly basis according to a schedule

  • The utilities at buildings are billed to the tenants

  • Maximising the recoveries on the cluster under management

  • Solving building related issues impacting on billing/recoveries

  • Solving council related issues impacting on billing/recoveries

  • Answering and solving all tenant utility related queries

  • Coordinate and the management of all tenant utility related queries

  • Maintenance of Client relationships and Service level agreements
